He has been a principal dancer with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Frankfurt Ballet, American Ballet Theater and as a guest artist with Teatro al la Scala, Royal Swedish Opera Ballet, Washington ballet, San Francisco Ballet. Mr. Richardson has appeared on Broadway singing in the shows The Look Of Love, Twyla Tharp's Movin' Out (Tony) and received a Tony Award nomination for his role in the hit broadway show Fosse.
